    • • The objective of this workshop is to describe the main theories and work through the main principles of the commercial ecosystem that are required to develop as a business leader. In particular, the module is designed to develop an understanding of how the underpinning science and technologies can be applied in practice across a range of business contexts within the diverse Life Sciences ecosystem.

    • • The primary objective of this module is to provide a conceptual and analytical framework in the main areas of operational capabilities and topics related to corporate management, entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as financial valuations in relevant biotech markets.

    -

    • • The objective of this module is to understand the process whereby the industry scouts for new compounds and technologies from biotech companies or other early sources of innovation. In particular, the economic pressures that are driving this process are discussed and reviewed.

    -

    • • The objective of the module is to acquire a deep understanding in key aspects and processes involving the organisational management, from the industry point of view, of a new drug approval (NDA) or other technology.
