Act as key interface with respect to the management of the legal and contractual framework established for the alliance. Lead in resolving business related conflicts and in business related issues requiring consensus. Facilitate the decision-making process by ensuring internal and external alignment. Implementation and maintenance of governance. Provide feedback and guidance to senior management aiming to maximize the alliance potential and minimize the existing risks. Negotiation activities, lead overall business relationship for enterprise level collaborations and contractual aspects of deals post-signing.
