I am a PhD in Chemical Engineering, specialized in Biomedical Engineering. As an assistant professor at the IQS School of Engineering, I have set up a research lab dedicated to Vascular Engineering and Applied Biomedicine.
We are devoted to basic research to understand cardiovascular diseases etiology and to predict their progression, narrowing the gap between in vivo data, in vitro modeling and computational modeling. Our acquired knowledge leads us to help small- and medium-sized local companies to improve their biomedical products and devices.
